A: As a full service facility, it would be unfair to quote a price before we had a chance to thoroughly look over your vehicle. This prevents misunderstandings and allows you to be sure that all of your concerns have been addressed and that the price you are quoted is a firm estimate.

A: We cover the 5-County Greater Philadelphia Area – Bucks, Montgomery, Valley Forge, Chester, and Delaware. We have both a Fleet and Private Customer following. If you are uncertain that your area might be out of reach, please do not hesitate to call. We try our best work with our customers to benefit them in any way we can.

A: Yes, loaner cars are available for full maintenance services. As long as you get your repairs completed, loaner cars are free with the exception of filling it up with gas. We can also deliver/pick you up from your work location, train station, home, etc.

A: Yes. Our General Manager is a Degreed Mechanical Engineer and all of our technicians, as well as our Shop Manager and Service Personnel, are ASE Master Certified or ASE Certified. Our Service Team participates in educational training programs on a continual basis.

A: As a full service facility, we work on all years, make & models of foreign and domestic cars, vans, SUV’s, trucks and all motor vehicles. We also work on ambulances/wheelchair accessible, Hybrids, electrical, diesel, as well as CNG vehicles. Yes, we replace engines, transmissions, as well handle all vehicular work from tires, oil changes, State Inspections , routine maintenance, glass, body work, and painting.

A: We accept all major credit as well as cash and checks. We will work with you on a payment arrangement if necessary. Aftermarket and private warranty coverage is accepted with the understanding that we must get the warranty company’s approval before any work is started. The customer is responsible for any non-covered work as well as any deductible.

A: Yes, we will work your insurance company and maintenance providers. We also have a Rental Department to assist you with a rental vehicle in the meantime. For accident and bodywork, we will provide you with a full estimate and get approval before we start on any repairs.

A: We make our waiting room as comfortable as possible for our customers by providing fresh coffee, tea, cookies, and other treats if you choose to wait. They are always fresh because we care.
