Preferred Automotive is considered an essential business and we are taking preventative actions to help protect our staff and valued consumers against the COVID-19 Virus.
We have implemented a scheduled cleaning routine during business hours to thoroughly disinfect all surfaces, doorknobs, access handles, light switches , our drop box including your vehicles keys, and general contact areas. We have hand sanitizer available at all consumer contact areas and at the entrance and exits to the building.
During these uncertain times we are prioritizing our services to our First Responders and Health Care Professionals - Offering 15% off services to all First Responders and Health Care Professionals. We also offer "Free" vehicle pick-up and delivery from and to your home and /or office.
We also offer Touch-less Service. Simply use our key drop box to leave your keys without entering the building then give us a call at (215) 645-4037 to let us know your vehicle has been left for service and all work will be authorized over the phone. Once work is completed, you may pay for service over the phone and the vehicle will be left in our parking lot with your keys safely in our secure lock box.
