The staff at check-in and check-out was respectful, polite and attentive. Convenient location since I work at the Naval Base right across the street. The staff called me to provide an update of the work performed and the vehicle was ready when promised. The honesty of the staff was evident when I was notified that there was no need to replace the wiper inserts and that since the tires were removed for the state inspection there was no need to charge me for a tire rotation. I greatly appreciate that. I was very pleased with my interaction with the staff and the work done in my car. I highly recommend Preferred Automotive and will bring my car again for any future repairs.
