My car came back looking and driving like new! In fact, when going to pick up a friend after getting it back from Preferred, she asked when I’d gotten a new car - and she meant it, it looked that good. It also drives like new. Joe, Tommy and their team did an awesome job with taking care of any problems, detailed it so that it looked like new and took care of some body work and perfectly matched the paint. I trust them completely and will go nowhere else.

Service is terrific. My son which just got his license he’s going to be driving one of our older vehicles. We had Joe, Tommy and his team go over it with a fine tooth comb. They pointed out exactly what needed to be done for the vehicle to be as safe as possible. They are reasonably priced and overall working with them is a great experience.

I have been taking my car to Preferred Auto for years. The customer service and the service department have been outstanding. Because of the quality of their service, my car has been running at peak performance. The performance and reliability will allow me to keep my vehicle longer thereby saving me money.
