My review is a five-star rating. I was a first time customer entering their facility for air conditioning repair. They were very professional and courteous. Their prices are reasonable and their coffee is delicious. I’m glad that I have received excellent service from Preferred Automotive Specialists.

Was more than pleased with the service and their price. I went in and was told $140. something or another. I walked with the final cost of $95. If things go wrong again I know where to go and who to recommend. Thank you.

I got my car inspected at Preferred Auto & it was a good experience. They were very accommodating & I felt they took safety very seriously. We will be taking my husband's van for inspection next week & have no doubt we'll have a good experience again.

The service person in back of the desk was very nice and welcoming. He explained the invoice and what was done and said the car was very clean, no other problems.

This is my first time having my own car. I took it to 6300 Oxford Ave to get some work done. Everything about how they operate the business was professional. Great customer service and very quick with fixing cars. The QUALITY of there work is beyond great. But its almost perfection. I would recommend anybody to go to this auto shop.
