My car broke down, so i took it to Preferred to be repaired. The car now runs better than before ! They did what is probably a complex repair quickly.

Just had my state inspection done. I also have my oil lube and filter done every three thousand miles. This gives me the chance to have Preferred mechanics looking at my car before inspection time. So I knew five months ago I’d need tires for inspection. This helps me budget because I’m told what to expect! You get what you pay for and you get a honest deal. 1996 Jeep over 110K and it runs great thanks to them.

What a GREAT experience. Even during COVID they were absolutely amazing. The report was sent in a very timely basis. They were able to get the work done very quickly. I had a great customer service experience as well. They setup the space to be customer friendly while also observing social distancing. Will definitely use again, if needed!!!!!
