Today was the first time I brought my vehicle for repair to Preferred Automotive at their location on 6300 Oxford Ave. I am so glad I chose them. I received courteous and efficient service from Ashley, the Assistant Manager. Tom, the General Manager, explained my repair thoroughly and answered all my questions. It is refreshing to have received such A+ service. I am impressed and from now on this will be the only place I will have my car serviced.

Brake work was done at a very reasonable price (significant savings against the dealership quote) and our car was also washed. The team at Preferred is now our go to auto specialists due to the quality of their work and the value. Highly recommend the team there
