Had a flat tire. Even though they were backed up I was back on the road in no time. No charge for plugging the hole

I couldn't be more pleased with the service that I have received over the past 2 years. The staff is extremely polite and courteous. Their prices are very fair and their work is excellent. After some unfavorable dealings with some other organizations I was fortunate to find Tom who is honest, skilled and a pleasure to deal with.

This company found my car issue while another repair shop could not. They also found that a part on my car was installed incorrectly by the factory when the car was made, they documented the problem for me with photos, and corrected the problem. My car not only is running smoothly, it looks brand new after a courtesy detail job that was done by the company. Can't say enough about my satisfaction.

I have used Preferred Auto for several years now. They have always been respectful, courteous, and professional. My car is 14 years old, and I can expect things to wear out as time goes by. Each time I've had an issue, Dave, Ashley, Steve and everyone there have taken care of me and my car very well. I appreciate their service.
