Wasn't able to click FIVE STARS, wouldn't go through My rating is 10 STARS !! just went back for a vehicle inspection, Louis & Dave were GREAT ,along with their professional technicians. Vehicle was inspected throughly LOVE this place I WON'T ANYWHERE ELSE. My family & I r EXTREMELY pleased with the service, the kindness of Prefeered Automotive. I have been bringing my cars to Preferred Automotive for service for many years. My daughter also brings her car there. I previously had my car repaired at a AAA facility. They ruined my engine, among other things. Preferred repaired my engine, as well as the other damages caused by the improper repairs made by AAA. My car runs better than it did when I first bought it! The support staff at Preferred is very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Their mechanics are top notch! This is the place to take your vehicle for quality repairs!

Have my 2016 nissan altima serviced at this service facility, they install a new transmission. Im very satisfied with work performed. They gave me a loaner car, keep me in the loop every step of repair, they even have my car wash. Special thanks to Dave and my mechanic Chris. I finally found a honest and high tech service garage.
