The staff at check-in and check-out was respectful, polite and attentive. Convenient location since I work at the Naval Base right across the street. The staff called me to provide an update of the work performed and the vehicle was ready when promised. The honesty of the staff was evident when I was notified that there was no need to replace the wiper inserts and that since the tires were removed for the state inspection there was no need to charge me for a tire rotation. I greatly appreciate that. I was very pleased with my interaction with the staff and the work done in my car. I highly recommend Preferred Automotive and will bring my car again for any future repairs.

From keeping my high-mileage Cadillac Escalade running flawlessly to maintaining my kids’ Subaru Outback and BMW X5, their work has always been top-notch. What truly sets them apart is their expertise and integrity. They diagnosed and fixed an issue with the Subaru that even the dealership couldn’t figure out—while it was still under warranty. That level of knowledge and persistence is rare. Dave and the entire team are the definition of professionalism: honest, communicative, and genuinely committed to their customers. The car loaner program is another huge plus and makes servicing incredibly convenient. I cannot recommend Preferred Automotive Specialists highly enough. If there were a “Philly’s Best” award for mechanics, these guys would be a lock.
