Preferred Auto has been servicing my 2 cars for years. They are courteous and professional. Always willing to help and give me the best service. Even rides to and from home.

I let them fix some problems i was having with my van .They fixed it and it runs better than when i bought the van .I am really happy with the work .

My first experience with Preferred Automotive was when I pulled in with a flat tire. They took care of the flat and I've taken my car there now several times. They are professional, friendly and keep their clients informed about the problems and repairs needed. The fees are reasonable. The waiting area is like being in someone's living room and snacks, coffee and other hot drinks are offered. This company is owned by veterans and often has red white and blue themed decor. 5 Stars!

I left off my car for a state inspection this morning and the work was completed quickly and I was kept informed of the work progress and when my vehicle was finished.. The service adviser was very helpful and courteous.
