Well they do what they say they care about your experience. I know this because I went in and I had a tire air pressure light on, when I left it was off. So they must have filled up my tires and not set a thing. I like that.

From the first day The services that I had to get on my 2011 F150 and my 2007 Lincoln Navagator, was Execute it, Professionally, No problem that they can't handle. Expensive But you pay for professional service. It's better than the dealer hands down. 1# in my book. Thank you again preferred automotive. 2001

My 2005 Chrysler 300C was in for state inspection and the tech found that my upper control arms, left & right needed to be replaced. I got a call from Joe Sullivan, service manager who told me of the problem, I told him to replace the control arms. Driving home after the work was done, my car felt so tight, it's funny how you get use to the way your car drives and suddenly it drives the way it should, nice and tight. THANKS AGAIN!!

brought my Van in to be inspected ,and the mechanics recommended brake service for they were wearing unevenly . had it done on their recommendation .And when i got the Van back i could tell the difference right away that getting my brakes serviced was the right thing to do . am very happy with their work .
