This is my new favorite shop I’ve been to in Philadelphia. I’ve been trying places in the area for around 8 years and so far this is the only place I would recommend to any of my friends. I have an older model sprinter van and Tom took the time to walk me around and answer all my questions. Also their new shop is clean and organized like a shop should be. This place is out of the way for me and I would go back.

Very professional. Came in for a state inspection. My vehicle passed inspection but I was also given a detailed explanation of what needed to be fixed on my car.

My wife used Preferred Automotive for any repairs that she needed on her 2012 BMW 328 and both my wife and I were very satisfied with the work, professionalism, pleasant atmosphere and exact diagnosis of any problem that were encountered. The staff are very welcoming and warming and make the experience very relaxing. I recently took my 2014 Chevy Impala in for brake service which I have been having a problem with since purchasing the vehicle, took it back to the dealer twice and within months the same issue would return. I already knew that if I would have any future issues that I was going to take my vehicle to Preferred for service. I got my vehicle back after the service and the feel of pressing down on the brake pedal I have never felt that before and knew and felt that I can drive and feel safe and not have the fear of running into the back of another vehicle. We live in Mt. Laurel, NJ and I have a real true mechanic that I have no problem navigating through the most confusing city to take my vehicle for service. I work for a Mortgage company in which a lot of our employees work in NJ but reside in PA and I will make sure to refer anyone with car issues to Preferred Automotive.
