I’ve used Preferred for nearly 20 years, since they opened this location in my neighborhood. Everyone I’ve dealt with there—the owner, managers, desk clerks, loaner/rental car agent, AND the mechanics—have always been friendly and helpful. It is a clean and professionally run shop with additional benefits: tremendous knowledge and experience, fair rates, excellent turnaround time, and employees who stay there year after year. You can really establish a relationship of trust and confidence there. P.S. The free coffee and cookies are great, especially with the new coffee maker!

Preferred Automotive Specialist has been top notch service and performance with my classic automobile - 67 Pontiac Catalina Convertible. Whatever problem arises with the car they repair it and behind their performance. I always feel most comfortable with their outstanding service and knowledge .

PREFERRED AUTO, is not a new full service and repair shop but it's the hidden gem when it comes to auto repair and maintenance, .... they are friendly , customer service orinted organization.their advanced high tech equipments and highly trained experience technicians pin point problem, no trial and error.pricing is reasonable also.thanks a lot for a very good job on fixing my toyota 4runner. This place used to be Jim's auto and is located across from the Navy base. It is the only place I know where I can drop off my car and get it inspected without a reservation. They even took me back to show me the issues they found and explain what they need to do.
