I would not trust my car to anyone else. My father trusted his car to Preferred and I will not go anywhere else. Administrative staff is always polite and willing to help get your car in. The mechanics always stand by their work. It's a pleasure to do business with the Preferred staff.

My first but not last time using this shop. According to the report I read they did a very thorough inspection of my Sprinter van. We sent it in for an oil change but wanted to see if the brakes were good. They could have told me anything, however it was just necessary to change the oil. No baloney, just good service and Ashley was great! Recommend this company highly!
