What a GREAT experience. Even during COVID they were absolutely amazing. The report was sent in a very timely basis. They were able to get the work done very quickly. I had a great customer service experience as well. They setup the space to be customer friendly while also observing social distancing. Will definitely use again, if needed!!!!!

Had to have oil changes for 2 cars. Both were done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Everyone who works here is professional and friendly.

To have an unexpected major car repair is tough. To have one at this point, with everything that is going on because of COVID-19 affecting people physically, financially, and emotionally is even tougher!!! We are not only having to deal with what is affecting us personally, but things surrounding our families as well. You never really know how much it means to have people you can depend on, and will do all that they can to help, until they are there to do so. Dave, Ashley, and all the workers at Preferred...Thank you for being a part of the "Front Line", and for caring. Thank you for the jobs that you do.

Ok these people are amazing. I put a lot of stock into customer service and so do these folks. Unfortunately I don't remember anyone's name, (my bad) but everyone makes you feel special. It wasn't just me; everyone there was either served immediately or was left comfy in their lobby area. There were decent refreshments available, complimentary too! I intend on having my Jeep Commander serviced here regularly. 10/10 easily
