Wow! Newly renovated! I thought waiting for my car with my rambunctious 2 year old was gonna be a nightmare, but it was the complete opposite. With treats and beverages, cable tv I had access to change, friendly staff, speedy service, and a reasonable bill, I was overjoyed! Definitely going back for my next service.

Why do we do oil/lube and filter every three thousand miles? So we can still safely drive a 1996 Jeep! If you allow your mechanic to see your vehicle for a preventative maintenance program he’s going to find things wrong that need attention and SAVE you money! As in things that will need replacing before they break while driving costing us more. I have over 110K thanks to Preferred Auto! Thanks!

I highly recommend Preferred Automotive Specialists. On a recent trip to Philadelphia, my car broke down, 100 miles from home. Preferred was referred to me by my local auto repair shop. Even though I was not a regular customer, Preferred Automotive accepted my emergency, diagnosed the problem, and initiated the repairs. All of this during the Christmas-New Year's holiday week. They provided me with a loaner vehicle so that I would be able to celebrate the holidays with my family. Throughout they were professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. They were extremely careful to make sure that my vehicle was road worthy before releasing it for the drive home. Thank you for your work.

The fall safety check is well worth the money. Their new vehicle condition report that can be emailed to you and you can see - the good, the bad and the ugly - of exactly what's recommended and what really needs immediate attention is great!!! Preferred has kept my car running since 2011, and I appreciate what they do.
