I have been a customer of Preferred Automotive since 1993. I find them to be: Trustworthy...Highly Competent....Totally Accommodating...Excellent Diagnosticians. I've never had a negative experience in any dealings with them in these 26 years. I wouldn't think of taking my vehicle anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

The Oxford Ave location in Philly is top notch. The service area is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. They always have my car ready when promised. They have addressed issues with my vehicle and gave me a timeframe these issues should be taken care of without being pushy to get the work done immediately (unless it was a safety issue).
