Very accomodating staff who keep you informed about the process of repair. They also give courtesy rides to and from the shop if needed. They also have a shop cat!

Definitely the best auto repair experience I've ever had, and I've been driving since 1980! The place is incredibly clean, the staff is wonderful, and the work honest, well done, and well priced. They even provided me with a loaner car while mine was being fixed. Plus, the full supply of snacks and beverages in the nicely appointed waiting room was an added bonus! Thanks to Tom, Ashley, and the rest of the Preferred Automotive crew!
